Section 2
Account data: First name, last name, email address, encrypted password.
Booking data: Destination, travel dates, number of travellers, package selected, booking reference number.
Payment data: Cardholder name and billing email. Full card numbers and CVV codes are never stored on our servers.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, session duration.
We do not collect special category data and we do not engage in automated decision-making with legal or significant effects on you.

Processing your booking and payment: Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Account creation and management: Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Fraud prevention and security: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We use your personal data to create and manage your account, process travel bookings, send booking confirmations and travel updates, respond to support enquiries, detect and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We will never sell your personal data or use it for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent.

All payment pages are served over HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or higher. Full card numbers and CVV codes are never transmitted to or stored on Wandrift servers. Payment processing is handled by a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. In accordance with PSD2, certain transactions may require Strong Customer Authentication (SCA).

We use essential cookies for login sessions, functional cookies for preferences, and analytics cookies. We also use browser localStorage to store your account session and trip history locally on your device. You may control cookie settings through your browser preferences.

EmailJS — transactional email delivery (password reset codes). Email address and name only.
Netlify — website hosting. Standard server log data (IP, browser).
Cloudflare — DNS and DDoS protection. IP address and request metadata.
Google Fonts — web font delivery. IP address only, no cookies set.

Account data — retained for the duration of your account plus 30 days after deletion.
Booking and payment records — retained for 7 years from the transaction date (legal obligation).
Support correspondence — 3 years from last contact.
Password reset tokens — 10 minutes (automatic expiry).
Section 9
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. We do not carry out automated decision-making with legal effects.

Section 10
We implement HTTPS encryption across the entire platform, one-way cryptographic password hashing, PCI DSS-compliant payment processing, and access controls restricted on a need-to-know basis. In the event of a data breach likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours.

Section 1
By accessing, registering on, or using the Wandrift platform at wandriftravel.com, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree in their entirety, you must not use the platform.
Section 2
Wandrift is an online travel booking platform that curates last-minute travel packages for trips departing within 30 days. Wandrift acts as an intermediary between travellers and third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, and tour operators. The actual provision of travel services is the responsibility of those third-party suppliers.
Section 3
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use the platform and make bookings.
Section 4
You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials confidential, not share your account with any third party, and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@wandriftravel.com.
Wandrift reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or are used fraudulently.
Section 5
A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email with a Wandrift reference number (e.g. WD-XXXXXXX). All prices are in Euros (EUR) per person. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Wandrift charges zero booking fees.
All transactions are processed via a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor with 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Card numbers and CVV codes are never stored on Wandrift servers. Certain transactions may require Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) under PSD2.

To cancel, email cancellations@wandriftravel.com with your booking reference. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under EU Directive 2015/2302 on package travel.
Section 7
It is your sole responsibility to ensure you hold a valid passport, required visas, and meet all health and entry requirements for your destination. Wandrift accepts no liability for denied boarding, denied entry, or costs arising from failure to meet travel requirements.
Section 8
Wandrift's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, cancellations by third-party suppliers, acts of God, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Section 9
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. EU residents retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence. EU residents may also use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
